Assessment tests provide hiring teams with a better understanding of how well a candidate is likely to perform in a given role. By integrating assessments directly into the candidate journey through Recruitee, you can streamline and reduce the effort involved in the hiring process. Initiate assessments within Recruitee, and conveniently receive scores and view detailed assessment reports directly on the candidate’s profile.
Step 1: Log in to your Codeaid account as an Owner/Admin.
Step 2: From the sidebar, open the Settings page.
Step 3: Click on the Integrations tab.
Step 4: Locate the Recruitee integration card and click the three dots.
Step 5: Click Integrate. Codeaid will prompt you to confirm your password for security reasons.
Step 6: Enter your account password and click Confirm.
A confirmation pop-up will appear, stating that you are integrating your Codeaid organization with Recruitee.
Step 7: Click Yes to continue. You will then be provided with a newly created API key.
Step 8: Copy the API key by clicking the copy icon or manually selecting the highlighted key.
If you accidentally close the pop-up, don’t worry—you can reopen it by clicking Integrate again (refer to Step 4).
Step 1: Log in to your Recruitee account.
Step 2: From the sidebar, open the Recruitee Marketplace.
Step 3: Search for “Codeaid.“
Step 4: Click on the Codeaid integration. A pop-up window will appear.
Step 5: Click Integrate to initiate the process.
Step 6: Read the information and confirm by clicking Accept and integrate.
Step 7: A new pop-up will prompt you to enter your Codeaid API token.
Step 8: Paste the API key into the appropriate field in Recruitee.
Step 9: Click Integrate. If there’s an issue with the API key, you will see an error message.
If the API key is correct, the pop-up will close, and you’ll see the following:
Step 10: Back in Codeaid, the integration will take 2–3 minutes to fully complete.
Step 11: After 3 minutes, refresh the page to confirm that the integration is complete.
Step 1: Click on the three dots on the integration card.
Step 2: Select Settings to customize the integration.
Step 3: Once you’ve made your changes, click Save to confirm
Step 1: Log in to your Recruitee account.
Step 2: From the sidebar, navigate to the Candidates page.
Step 3: Select an existing candidate or add a new one.
Step 4: Scroll down to the Codeaid Integration section.
Step 5: Click Send Test. A new pop-up will appear.
Step 6: From the Tests dropdown, select a Codeaid test.
Step 7: Once confirmed, click Send.
Step 8: Once the candidate is invited, the pop-up will close, and you will see the candidate’s report.
To view candidate details in Codeaid, click Open. You can also cancel the invite by clicking the three dots and selecting Cancel.
Step 1: Log in to your Recruitee account.
Step 2: Open the Candidates page from the sidebar.
Step 3: Select an existing candidate or add a new one.
Step 4: Click Share, and a small pop-up will appear.
Step 5: Click Copy link for team members to copy the ATS link for that candidate.
Use the copied link in the next steps.
Step 1: Log in to your Codeaid account.
Step 2: From the sidebar, click Activities.
Step 3: Select Invite Candidate.
Step 4: Fill out the invite form and paste the ATS link into the appropriate field.
Step 5: Click Invite after confirming your choices.
Step 1: Log in to your Codeaid account.
Step 2: From the sidebar, click Activities.
Step 3: Click on the candidate’s name to view their details.
Step 4: Click the ATS Link button (beside the Cancel Challenge button). A pop-up will appear.
Step 5: Paste the ATS link copied earlier.
Step 6: Click Save.
The candidate will be linked successfully in a few minutes.
After the candidate completes the test, you will receive a report with their test score.
Step 1: Log in to your Recruitee account.
Step 2: Open the Candidates page from the sidebar.
Step 3: Click on the desired candidate to view their details.
Step 4: Scroll down to Codeaid Integration.
Here you can see their test score. You can also click Open for more detailed information on Codeaid.
Candidate’s first name, last name, email address, job title.
